The HOP Mental Muscle Program is a unique intensive 8-week coaching program for serious athletes who want an edge on their competition. Every day I watch individuals just like you push their body to an extended healthy limit, feel worthy of success, gain confidence, and be just all-around more powerful. 


This program is designed to address the organic questions you may ask yourself every day. Why can't I get to the next level when I know I'm capable? What is going on in my beady little brain that is holding me back? Well, that along with mind/body work - that's what we address. 


This program is a combination of personal one-on-one coaching appointments along with group online sessions so we can all learn how to excel together. A transformational session is included every week. The online group transformation sessions are posted and available to download to your own device.


Transformational session include hypnotherapy, NLP, and other scientific techniques as part of our program so you can retrain your brain and eliminate the old mental programming, belief systems, and behavior patterns that keep you doing the same things over and over again while your true success is just out of reach.


WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SIMPLE SUCCESS PROGRAM AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

Week One Assessment

The Simple Success Program is a confidential, intensive eight-week program which begins with a diagnostic tool that helps you understand where you are right now, what beliefs are holding you back from living an abundant life in all areas, and how your behavior patterns are negatively affecting your success. This assessment will help you understand what is truly limiting you so you can make permanent positive changes. During week one you take the self-test and then review the results with me.

 Weeks:  Two, Five, and Eight:  Personal One-on-One


During your personal one-on-one sessions with Michele you will focus on the specific challenges unique to you. This is your time to customize your program to your specific  needs.


Week: Three Become a Conscious Creator

During week two you will learn how to consciously create the life that you desire. You'll learn how to mentally attract success while generating the activity to make it happen. You will be walked through the process of utilizing the mind/body connection to improve your athletic performance as well as how to update your belief systems in order to expect to win. We kick-off with this topic to enable you to practice consciously creating the life you want throughout the remainder of the program.


Weeks Four, Six, and Seven: Mind Mechanic Group Training 

On these weeks you will meet online via Zoom with everyone in the program and work through some of the common challenges facing athletes today. The transformational session will reflect the group discussion and be determined by those in attendance.  These sessions are recorded and prepared for free download to your personal device.  Theses are some of the topics of exploration:

  • Feeling Worthy
  • Fear of Failure
  • Fear of Success
  • Self-Sabotage
  • Lack of Confidence


Bonus Session : Self-Hypnosis


As an extra bonus, I've included a ninth session so you can learn how to use hypnotherapy on your own. Learning self-hypnosis will enable you to use this tool anytime you need it and apply it to any area of your life.


Lifetime Access


Once you become a member of our Simple Success Program you are a friend for life and have access to your training any time you want it. This includes all the coaching tools that are provided plusaccess to any of the shift sequences that are included in each module.
